H.R.H Prince Sultan Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
H.R.H Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz is a special advisor to King Salman bin Abdulaziz with the rank of minister.
Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz is a Chairman of the Board of trustees of the non-profit King Salman Foundation, Chairman of the Board to The National Aviation Academy, Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board of trustees to the King Salman Center for disability research, Founder and President of Al-Turath Charitable Foundation, a member of the General Assembly and Chairman of the Board to the Children with Disabilities association, and Chairman of the Board of Abdullatif Al Fozan Award for mosque architecture.
H.R.H Prince Sultan bin Salman participates in several organizations such as the Supreme Committee for the Development of Ad-Diriyah, the Board of Princess Hussa Bint Ahmad Al Sudairi Charitable Foundation, the Board to The Graduates Society of Model Institute of the Capital Schools, the Saudi Heritage Preservation Society, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), the American Astronautical Society as a member and in the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) as a permanent member.
Prince Sultan bin Salman holds a master’s degree in Social and Political Science from Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, USA.
H.R.H Prince Sultan bin Salman is a certified airline transport pilot (the United States of America, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and France) and logged over 8,000 flight hours as a military and civilian pilot.

H.R.H Prince Saud bin Khalid Al Faisal is the deputy governor of Al Madinah Region.
Prince Saud bin Khalid Al Faisal is a Vice President of Al Madinah region development authority, Vice President of Al-Hajj and Visiting committee in Al-Madinah region, Vice President of The Civil Defense Committee in Al-Madinah region, Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Committee of Al-Madinah region, President of Voluntary Charity Association (Fazzah), Supervisor of the Economic Development Center in Al-Madinah region, Board member of King Faisal Foundation, Chairman of the Board of directors of the Eisenhower Fellowship program in Saudi Arabia, and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP) in Saudi Arabia.
In the field of aviation, Prince Saud bin Khalid Al Faisal obtained a flight license from the United States of America and logged over 1,200 flying hours on several types of aircraft.

His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Fahad Alfahid
Dr. Ahmed Fahad Alfahid is a governor at Technical and Vocational Training Corporation since December 2015 and Associate Professor at Technical College in Riyadh. He is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colleges of Excellence, Chairman of the Board of the National Entrepreneurship Institute, and a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Higher Institute for Plastic Industries.
He participated as a member in the Saudi delegation at the employment group for G20 (Russia – 2013 Australia 2014 – Turkey 2015) and the Saudi delegation at the International Labor Organization (102-103-104) as head of the technical team.
Dr. Alfahid also an Associate member in The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), a mechanical engineer consultant in the Saudi Council of Engineers, a board member of the executive board of Labor and Social Affairs Ministries’ Council for GCC, and a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
Dr. Ahmed Alfahid holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, USA, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh.

Mr. Ayed Odhaib Alkasme
Mr. Ayed Al Kasme is a Vice President of the International Federation of Aviation in the Middle East and Africa. Founder and chairman of the board of directors of SAC for training. Founder of YES (Your English Solution) Institute for English Language Learning.
Additionally, He is a member of the American Management Association, the American Association for Training and Development, the Saudi Management Association, the Board of Directors of Saudi HEPCO company, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), the Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Cirrus Owners & Pilots Association.
Mr. Ayed Alkaseme holds a Business Administration bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and has over 800 flying hours on many types of aircraft, single & multi-engine.

Captain / Farres Bin Mohammad Muneer
Captain Farres Moneer is a certified aviation consultant and pilot at Advanced Frontier Aviation Consulting and Training. He also holds a commercial pilot airplane single & multi-engine land-instrument license and he is a certified flight instructor (CFI-I, MEI, AGI) approved by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Captain Farres Moneer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Aviation from the University of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical , a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Aeronautics and a Bachelor’s of Science (Hons) in Naval Science from King Fahad Naval Academy, Saudi Arabia, Jubail.

Suliman Al Mohammedi
Captain Suleiman bin Saleh Al-Muhaimeedi is the Executive Vice President of Aviation Safety and Environmental Sustainability at the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and the Chairman of the Middle East Regional Aviation Safety Group under the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
He has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation field. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science from King Faisal Air Academy and a Master’s degree in Aviation Business Administration from Coventry University, UK.
He established the State Safety Program (SSP) at the General Authority of Civil Aviation, as well as the Middle East & North Africa Regional Safety Oversight Organization (MENA RSOO) in Riyadh. He also launched the Advanced Air Mobility Roadmap for the Kingdom, the Saudi Civil Aviation Environmental Sustainability Program, and the National Air Navigation Plan.
Additionally, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Technical Commission for the 41st ICAO General Assembly.

Imtiyaz Mohammad Manzari
Eng. Imtiyaz Manzary is currently the General Manager of General Aviation at GACA.
Imtiyaz holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an MBA in International Marketing from University of Leicester (UK).
He started his professional career as a field engineer, working on various defense complex systems where he developed a strong technical background. He has held numerous managerial and leadership positions in the aviation industry over the last 30 years. He has worked with various international companies such as BOEING, AIRBUS, THALES, RAYTHEON, Lockheed MARTIN and has received BAE SYSTEMS award for managing complex programs. His last role prior to joining GACA was MD for a Saudi Training and Simulator JV Company.
Today, Imtiyaz is leading the General Aviation activities at GACA, working along local and international companies to drive the success of the General Aviation sector, in alignment with Vision 2030.

Dr. Alaa Abdulhameed Naji
Dr. Alaa Abdulhameed Naji is a Co-Founder of Naji Law Firm. He is a professional licensed lawyer with a solid educational background and two decades of legal experience in international law firms. He has been working since 1995 and has worked in both the public and private sectors as a local counselor with some of the leading Saudi companies engaged in both local and international business.
Dr. Naji is a Board member of Saudi Bar Association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Bar Association, a member of the Admission Committee in Ministry of Justice, a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of the Institution of Air and Space Law, Montreal, Canada, and a General Supervisor of the General Secretariat of the Saudi Bar Association.
He also participates as a certified arbitrator at the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration and the Saudi Centre for Sports Arbitration.
Dr. Alaa holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Law from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, KSA.
